Job Description
- Develop and implement the organisation's global IT strategy to support business goals.
- Oversee the management and optimisation of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data.
- Lead and manage IT teams across multiple locations to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions.
- Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective technology investments.
- Keep updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where relevant.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all IT practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Global IT Director should have:
- Proven experience in managing IT operations within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security measures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. xysqume

- Competitive annual salary ranging from €100.000 to €130.000.
