Job Responsibilities
Oversee and mitigate quality risks associated with new product development.
Lead quality validation gates during the development process,
including risk analysis and action plan definition.
Conduct joint evaluations with design and marketing teams, ensuring proper disinfection/treatment if applicable.
Create and maintain Acceptance Books for new products, outlining quality criteria.
Benchmark competitors' quality standards to ensure competitive product quality.
Coordinate Product Quality initiatives across different product poles/lines. xysqume
Integrate quality considerations early in the product development cycle to prevent issues.
