Your Mission
At Sidel, every connection matters. As a Welding Operator within our Final Assembly & Testing team in Verona, you will help build the foundations of innovative packaging solutions used around the world.
Like a skilled bridge-builder, you will connect precision, craftsmanship, and collaboration to bring Tunnel and Aseptic Skid machines to life - supporting quality, safety, and performance at every stage.
Reporting to the production leadership team, you will contribute to welding activities for frames and aseptic piping, working closely with cross-functional colleagues to ensure reliable delivery and high manufacturing standards. Your Missions

- Prepare and position components for welding activities,
ensuring accuracy and compliance with technical specifications.
- Perform MIG, MAG, and TIG welding on stainless steel materials (304L and 316), contributing to high-quality assembly outcomes.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation to support efficient production processes.
- Carry out visual inspections and self-checks to maintain quality standards and identify any technical deviations.
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to manage materials, tools, and workflow priorities effectively.
- Promote a safe, organized, and clean working environment aligned with Sidel's operational excellence mindset.
Your Profile

- Experience in welding activities within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and confidently use measuring instruments and hand tools.
- Knowledge of MIG, MAG, and TIG welding techniques; welding certifications are considered a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and basic digital tools, with SAP knowledge appreciated.
- A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with attention to detail and commitment to quality. xysqume
