Logycod is building a fast-growing logistics and fulfilment operation in Italy.

We seek a hands-on Operations Manager to own the Caserta operation, drive daily warehouse activities, and push to turn it into a high-performing logistics hub.

You will lead the team, implement processes, manage performance, and roll up your sleeves when orders need to be shipped before xysqume courier cut-off.
This isn’t a desk-based role; you’ll be part of the operation from day one.
