# What impact will you make?
Experienced - Quantum Expert - Next Hub Bari
We are looking for an Experienced Quantum Expert for Deloitte Next Hub in Bari, who will work in Hybrid mode.
The business focuses on supporting our clients in identifying solutions and models aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and quality of services offered with the support of new technologies.
Your Role:
You will work on cutting-edge quantum computing projects, developing algorithms and solutions that leverage the power of quantum mechanics. You will be at the forefront of physics and computer science in the most innovative sector of the moment, and you will also have the opportunity to get in touch with the main scientific communities in the sector, expanding your professional network.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Developing quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Working with quantum computing platforms (IBM Qiskit, Google Cirq, Amazon Braket)
- Implementing quantum circuits and quantum gates
- Contributing to research on quantum machine learning and quantum simulation
- Exploring practical applications of quantum computing
What we offer:
The remuneration for this position ranges from EUR 28,000 to EUR 34,000 gross annually for the Consultant grade, and between EUR 35,500 and EUR 44,000 gross annually for the Senior Consultant grade.
The classification will be defined during the selection process based on the profile and in application of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Tertiary Distribution and Services.
The definition of the specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or ancillary benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the requirements of the position.
Winning Requirements:
- Degree in STEM or related disciplines (Physics, Computer Science, Engineering)
- Skills in Python and algorithms
- Solid foundations in Quantum Physics and Linear Algebra
- Knowledge of quantum machine learning and quantum simulation
Nice to have:
- IBM Quantum,
AWS Braket, GCP Quantum AI certifications
- Familiarity with quantum computing
- Experience with quantum computing platforms
