pWe are seeking a talented bAssistant RDQ Manager /b to join our team in Italy. /ppThis is a unique opportunity to support the development, quality, and compliance of key products within the bChicken MP segment /b for the Southern Europe Cluster, enabling successful Go‑To‑Market execution and contributing directly to a business area worth over b€100M in net sales /b. /ppbr/ppbActivities Responsibilities /b /ppbr/ppThe candidate will be in charge of: /pp• Supporting on‑time, in‑full delivery of bRDQ Go‑To‑Market activities /b, including artwork, labelling and compliance checks /pp• Assisting in the execution of blaunches' plans /b and supporting Local Portfolio Projects from concept to post launch monitoring /pp• Conducting technical research, validating product information, and helping prepare btechnical specifications /b aligned with regulatory and quality standards /pp• Tracking and analysing bproduct complaints /b, supporting Careline activities, and contributing to root cause analysis and corrective action plans /pp• Supporting interactions with bregulatory authorities /b and industry bodies, sharing emerging trends and insights across RDQ teams /pp• Contributing to Food Culture and Superiority Advocacy initiatives, including local sensory panels and product immersion sessions /ppbr/ppbQualifications /b /ppbr/ppWe need someone with a strong technical background, structured and analytical, able to collaborate effectively across functions and markets. /ppbr/ppbWhat you will need: /b /ppbr/pp• Degree in bFood Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering /b, or similar /pp• Experience in the bFood Drink industry /b, ideally in Technical, Quality,
