Key Responsibilities
- Support project teams and end users during the implementation of automated systems and technologies.
- Contribute to the design, testing, commissioning, and continuous improvement of industrial automation systems, networks, and related infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot industrial network and wireless communication issues, documenting solutions and maintaining technical knowledge bases.
- Monitor risks and opportunities during implementation projects, preparing reports and recommending preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with IT and Operational Technology (OT) service management processes and contribute to their continuous improvement.
