This position offers the opportunity to work on a high-profile major project and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide second-level desktop support (remotely and on-site)Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (Windows, MS Office, printers, peripherals)Handle service tickets in accordance with SLAsSet up and configure workstationsSupport upgrades, patches,
