The role focuses on expanding market share across new building and in-service segments while strengthening strategic relationships with shipowners, shipyards, designers and all related key stakeholders.The resource will have the responsibility on the following activities:Work closely with M&O; Italy Monaco Director in the growth, development and execution of the Marine and Offshore strategy, including matters related to market access, expanding the market share, participation in tenders & projects and local capability build-up;Provide leadership and guidance on commercial matters to related marine stakeholders, business unit managers and Italy commercial team, foster a cohesive commercial environment to ensure high level of commercial presence;Engage with the Area and Region Marine and Offshore teams to bring support to the local business development initiatives;Identify,
develop opportunities and formulate local strategies to grow Marine and Offshore wind activities;Develop and grow close relationship with Clients and Prospects;Monitor and lead the pursuit and contracting of large Marine and Offshore opportunities;Secure effective cooperation between Industry &
- Facilities and Marine &
- Offshore stakeholders, when necessary, for efficient sales and key account management;Ensure compliance with Group, Marine &
