We are looking for an HR Business Partner able to join a diverse team of HR professionals to enrich it with energy and competence in workforce management and in interactions with seasoned business leaders and plays a strategic role in turning business priorities into practical HR solutions that directly support our commercial performance.

The role requires the ability to combine strategic HR expertise with a data-driven and quantitative approach, translating business needs, workforce insights and financial considerations into effective people strategies.Skills Required:Bachelor's Degree, preferably in humanities, economics or lawKnowledge of HR software or management systems, preferably an Oracle System10/15 years of experience in HRBP roleSolid experience in labor relationsSolid strategic vision and business acumen, strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, flexibility in managing change, and strong focus on coaching and people development, combined with integrity, discretion and reliability.Strong clear and assertive communication skills, with empathy and emotional intelligence, able to effectively influence and manage different internal stakeholders.Fluency in English
