Job Overview
* As a full-time Operations Coordinator (Facility & Fleet Support) at Backroads’ Tuscany Hub,
you will play a key role in executing the hands-on operational work that keeps our hub running efficiently.
* This role focuses on facility operations, warehouse execution, and fleet support, ensuring that our vans, trailers, equipment, and workspace are always operational and ready for use.
* You will work closely with the Unit Loads Coordinator and Fleet Coordinator, supporting critical activities such as van preparation, warehouse organization, Unit Load readiness, and facility maintenance.
