This position is ideal for a manufacturing professional who combines solid technical knowledge with a practical mindset and a strong interest in process improvement. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pAs a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist, you will: /p ul liCreate and maintain product codes, bills of materials (BoMs), and production routings in accordance with company standards. /li liEnsure the accuracy and consistency of technical and production data across drawings, specifications, and ERP systems. /li liDefine, review, and update manufacturing routings, including operations, work centers, and standard times. /li liCollaborate closely with Engineering, Planning, Production, and Quality to collect, validate, and align technical information.
/li liSupport the use and continuous improvement of technical data within the company ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics. /li liIdentify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes, data structure, and workflow efficiency. /li liActively support Lean Manufacturing initiatives on the shop floor, including waste reduction, standardization, visual management, and process optimization. /li liParticipate in improvement activities such as layout optimization, workflow analysis, root cause problem solving, and continuous improvement projects. /li liSupport manufacturing documentation and contribute to strong data governance and process standardization practices. /li liMonitor process performance and help drive sustainable operational improvements in collaboration with production teams. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. /li liExperience /li li3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or production support role within a structured manufacturing environment. /li liProven experience working with BoMs, routings, technical product data, and production processes. /li liPractical experience in applying Lean Manufacturing principles on the shop floor is required. /li liExperience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, is considered a strong advantage.
