What will you be doing?Assess current status of Dealers involved;Generate a dedicated Action Plan;Dealer improvement actions priority definition, taking into account size and ease of opportunity and Dealer capabilities;Present report and action plan to Dealer senior management, gaining acceptance and buy-in of their responsibilities within;Present action plan and responsibilities to Dealer staff,
