Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Middle Office - Family Office position located in Milan. The individual in this role will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, handling accounting duties, and offering exceptional customer service. They will also be expected to maintain clear and effective communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Administrative Assistance (account and cash reconciliation,



monitoring of valuation of existing positions based on incoming data from service providers, liaison with multiple parties such as banks, fiduciaries, chartered accountants and auditors,..)
- Proficiency in Accounting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional English, in addition to full fluency in Italian
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
- 8-15yrs experience in a Family Office or in a Bank or Asset manager middle office setting is a plus
