Role Description The Financial Analyst – Family Office will work on-site in Milan in a full-time capacity, supporting the analysis and management of client portfolios and financial plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and interpreting financial statements and reports, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis on investments, and contributing to asset allocation decisions. The role involves updating financial models, monitoring portfolio performance, and identifying risks and opportunities across different asset classes. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with senior team members to prepare presentations and reports for clients, assist with budgeting and cash flow projections, and ensure data accuracy in all internal systems.
The position also includes participating in meetings with global fund managers and GPs, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with external advisors as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Analytical Skills to support data-driven decision-making and investment evaluation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning to develop, maintain, and review long-term strategies and cash flow projections for family office clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements to interpret, analyze, and reconcile balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Reporting to prepare accurate, timely reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Required skills include proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, knowledge of investment products, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
- Prior experience in wealth management, family offices, private banking, or similar environments is an advantage.
- Professional English is a must, as well as full flluency in Itallian
