The ideal candidate will supports the successful execution of the licensing business by coordinating cross-functional activities, managing project timelines, and facilitating effective communication between internal teams to drive efficient product launches and business growth.Main ResponsibilitiesAnalyze performance of existing licensees and identify new opportunitiesIn conjunction with Head of Licensing and Sales Team,
support the long-term strategy for brands and RegionsAlign and coordinate new launches with internal teams including Product Development, Merchandising, Communication and SalesWork closely with Communication and Sales teams to drive product visibility and sales performanceDevelop and deliver product-related presentations to internal stakeholdersCollaborate and develop strong relationships with market teams providing information and regular updates as well as understanding and satisfying local market needs and differences. Utilise these relationships to share best practiseKey ExperiencesExperience in project coordination, product development, or brand/licensing management within a consumer goods environment. Proven ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate with external partners, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.Key Knowledge & Competencies2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the beauty industryAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesAnalytical thinking and reporting skillsFluency in English; additional languages are an advantageTime management and ability to meet deadlinesAttention to detail and accuracyProblem-solving and proactive mindsetTeamwork and cross-functional collaborationAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyThe annual gross base salary for this position ranges from € 28.000 to € 30.000, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role.
