As a Customer Service Operator (1-Year Fixed-Term Contract), you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless end-to-end order management experience. Reporting to the Customer Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, managing orders from receipt to delivery, and collaborating across multiple functions to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is based at our production site in Casella (GE), Italy.

ABOUT THE ROLEIn this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions and coordinating the order fulfillment process for the domestic market. Working closely with Sup
