The person we are looking for, in the role of Product & Application HFH, will be responsible for providing technical expertise and application support for Alfa Laval solutions, acting as a key point of contact between customers, Sales teams, and internal stakeholders. The role focuses on supporting customer projects,
identifying the most suitable technical solutions, and contributing to business growth through value‑driven product and application support.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with existing customers and support business opportunities generated through the Sales team, ensuring high-level technical expertise and customer satisfaction.

- Participate in customer projects, meetings, site visits, and technical discussions, delivering tailored product presentations and value‑driven solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Provide technical consultancy and application support for Alfa Laval products, helping customers optimize processes, performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.
- Support the quotation and proposal process for complex customer projects, including technical specifications, product selection, sizing, and solution configuration.
