For a multinational company operating in a dynamic and international environment, we are seeking a commercial professional to lead enterprise account acquisition, drive regional growth, and strengthen long‐term partnerships across the EMEA region. The role combines structured hunting activities, strategic farming, and cross‐regional coordination, playing a central part in expanding market presence, increasing recurring revenue, and supporting commercial initiatives across multiple countries.

About the role

In this position, you will hold end‐to‐end commercial responsibility for large corporate clients across EMEA. You will combine a strong hunting mindset, identifying, pitching, and winning new enterprise‐level accounts, with structured farming capabilities, scaling long‐term revenue through renewals, cross‐selling, and upselling.

You will collaborate closely with international sales teams, operations, service delivery, and senior stakeholders to manage complex accounts, negotiate multi‐country agreements, and ensure consistent execution across markets. The role requires strong commercial acumen, negotiation excellence, international exposure, and the ability to operate in fast‐evolving environments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Proactively target, engage, and acquire new Enterprise / Large Corporate accounts across key EMEA markets.
- Execute structured outbound strategies and multi‐level corporate pitches.
- Lead complex negotiations to secure new long‐term agreements.

Account Expansion & Retention

- Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic international accounts.
- Execute account plans to drive upselling and cross‐selling of service subscriptions.
- Strengthen long‐term relationships and maximize Net Retention Rate (NRR).





C‐Level Engagement

- Build long‐term relationships with senior decision‐makers (CFOs, Facility Managers, Procurement Directors, Operations VPs).
- Navigate complex corporate structures and influence multi‐country stakeholders.

Cross‐Border Execution

- Collaborate with international field teams, service delivery, and local operations to ensure seamless rollout of SLAs across multiple EMEA sites.
- Coordinate implementation timelines and service quality standards.

Pipeline & Forecasting

- Maintain CRM accuracy and structured revenue forecasting.
- Report regularly on ARR/MRR goals, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Provide insights to support strategic commercial planning

Your Profile

Essential

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of B2B sales and account management experience with Enterprise / Large Corporate clients at an international level.
- Strong understanding of subscription‐based or recurring revenue models (equipment rental/leasing, water/hygiene services, facility management, industrial services).
- Fluent English required; Italian preferred.
- Additional European languages (French, German, Spanish) are a strong plus.
- Expert negotiation skills and structured sales methodology (Solution Selling, Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC).
- Ability to manage complex,



multi‐country accounts with autonomy and accountability.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across regions.
- Strong capability in Negotiation Excellence.

Location and Job Type

Location: Milan - Hybrid

Travel: Approx. 50% across the EMEA region

Annual Gross Salary: 80.000 – €90.000 € base salary + variable/commission scheme
