Entrerai a far parte del team Sales Operations della divisione Diabete di Medtronic Italia, supportando attività a diretto impatto sull'esperienza delle persone con diabete. Avrai l'opportunità di sviluppare competenze in customer service, analisi dati e processi aziendali, collaborando con diversi team interni e contribuendo a progetti strategici finalizzati a migliorare l'accesso alle tecnologie innovative per la gestione del diabete. Un percorso formativo competo in un contesto internazionale, dinamico e orientato al paziente. **Dettagli del Tirocinio:** + Data di inizio: Ottobre 2026 + Sede: Milano + Durata: 6 mesi, con possibilità di proroga per ulteriori 6 mesi + Orario di lavoro: 40 ore settimanali, con flessibilità durante eventuali sessioni d'esame o esigenze formative + Modalità di lavoro: Ibrido (3 giorni in ufficio, 2 giorni da remoto) **Le responsabilità possono includere le seguenti attività, oltre ad altre mansioni che potranno essere assegnate:** + Supportare la gestione delle richieste e delle segnalazioni provenienti dagli assistiti, garantendo comunicazioni chiare, accurate ed empatiche + Supportare progetti strategici finalizzati a migliorare l'accesso alle tecnologie per il trattamento del diabete attraverso attività di raccolta, aggiornamento e analisi dati + Collaborare con team cross-funzionali per identificare opportunità di miglioramento dei processi e dell'efficienza operativa **Conoscenze e Competenze Richieste:** + Studente/ssa all'ultimo anno o neolaureato/a in Economia, Ingegneria, Data Analytics, Discipline Scientifiche o affini (Laurea Triennale o Magistrale)
+ Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2 o superiore) + Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e familiarità con strumenti digitali e di Intelligenza Artificiale generativa (es.
