How you’ll make a difference
Work on Microsoft application implementation projects, leveraging Microsoft data platforms such as Power BI, SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks.
Design and implement innovative solutions for medium and large enterprises as part of their Digital Transformation initiatives.
Gain exposure to and deepen your understanding of business processes across a variety of domains, including sales, finance & controlling, logistics, customer service, marketing, Internet of Things (IoT), and more.
Explore and work with other Microsoft technologies and platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Artificial Intelligence, and Dynamics 365.
Thrive in a dynamic and stimulating environment that supports your professional growth, alongside skilled, motivated, and collaborative teammates.
Contribute to pre-sales initiatives by engaging with clients, gathering business requirements, presenting solution approaches, and supporting the definition of tailored data and AI solutions. #LI-hybrid
What we’re looking for

- Experience in delivering Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence platforms and technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies.
- Flexibility and adaptability when working in new environments and across different projects.
- Hands‑on experience with technologies such as Power BI, SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks.
- Experience managing project activities, timelines, and cross‑functional teams.
- Willingness to travel for short, medium, or long‑term assignments.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €30,000 to €45,000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
