The role requires someone equally comfortable designing HR frameworks from the ground up and managing the human dimensions of a complex,
multidisciplinary organization.Responsibilities:HR Strategy & Organizational DevelopmentDefine and implement Institute Itech's HR strategy in alignment with the organization's international growth roadmapDesign and maintain organizational structures, reporting lines, and workforce planning frameworksAdvise executive leadership on people strategy, talent priorities, and organizational design decisionsSupport the development and scaling of HR processes, policies, and systems as the organization growsTalent Acquisition & RecruitmentLead and oversee the full recruitment cycle for all roles across technical, scientific, administrative, and executive functionsDefine hiring strategies, sourcing channels, and selection methodologies appropriate to each role and geographyEnsure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment processCollaborate with department heads and project leads to anticipate and address hiring needs proactivelyOnboarding, Performance & DevelopmentDesign and manage onboarding programs that ensure rapid integration and cultural alignment for new hires across geographiesImplement and oversee performance management frameworks, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and career development planningIdentify training and development needs across the organization and coordinate relevant initiativesSupport managers in handling performance-related conversations and development plansHR Operations & ComplianceOversee all HR administrative operations including contracts, employment records, payroll coordination, and compliance reportingEnsure full compliance with Italian labor law and applicable international employment regulations across Institute Itech's active geographiesManage relationships with external HR advisors, legal counsel, and employment authorities as requiredMaintain and continuously improve HR documentation, internal policies, and procedural frameworksCulture, Engagement & International HRFoster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture across all teams and locationsDesign and implement employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and recognition programsSupport the HR dimensions of Institute Itech's international expansion,
