and Digital Self-service Channels.You will drive performance across telesales campaigns, specialist support to field sales, and online sales channels, ensuring efficiency, conversion, and continuous optimization.In this role, you will combine a strong analytical and data-driven mindset with managerial leadership, overseeing both internal teams and external partners within a highly performance-oriented environment.Your role at a glance:* Lead a structured sales organization across multiple locations (Milan, Bologna, Tuscany).* Directly manage a layer of team leaders (manager of managers) responsible for operational teams.* Drive sales performance through outbound campaigns, managing the full funnel (contacts, conversion, productivity, ROI).* Oversee external vendors and telesales providers, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with internal standards.* Implement and monitor a data-driven sales model, leveraging KPIs, dashboards, and analytics
