About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established global Contract Research Organisation (CRO) with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality clinical trials across a broad range of therapeutic areas. Due to continued growth within their oncology portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to support Phase II–IV studies, with a particular focus on Solid Tumour Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage investigative sites across Northern Italy.
- Conduct Site Selection, Site Initiation, Monitoring and Close-Out Visits.
- Ensure studies are conducted in accordance with ICH-GCP, protocol requirements and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with investigators and site personnel.
- Monitor patient recruitment, data quality and protocol compliance.
- Review source documentation and resolve data queries.




- Support study timelines whilst maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Trial Managers and cross-functional project teams.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of independent CRA monitoring experience within a CRO, sponsor or biotech environment.
- Strong experience monitoring Solid Tumour Oncology clinical trials.
- Good understanding of ICH-GCP and European clinical trial regulations.
- Experience across Phase II–IV clinical studies is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Fluent Italian and English.
