Team Management Creates a cohesive and high‑performing work environment and contributes to the overall success of the team. Supply chain optimisation Analyse and improve supply chain processes to create operational excellence and a high level of customer satisfaction following LPR strategy and goals. Service centres management Define the local strategy for the network’s location, plan and optimise the production considering quality and costs objectives with the purpose to improve quality and efficiency of each service centre (depot). Support Purchase departments for the procurement of new pallets Provide support to Purchase department for new pallets aiming at an optimal quality and cost. Team leadership Actively involve own team and show the ability to focus, align, and build a high‑performance team. Analytic ability – Analyse the different aspects relating to a problem;
identify its origin andbe able to describe the relationship between its different components. Customer orientation – Point out and analyse wishes and needs of internal or external customers, and take effective action based on this perspective. Planning and organising – Set goals and priorities effectively and assign the necessary time, actions and means to achieve the set goals. Vision – The ability to place matters in a wider context and to develop a picture of the future and to be able to translate developments into middle and long‑term policy. Negotiating – Defend viewpoints and arguments effectively and identify common goals to reach agreements between parties.
