To strengthen its IT team,
Zenith Global is seeking an IT Developer / Software Developer to leverage their technical expertise in supporting the Company's digital transformation journey and contributing to the continuous evolution of its application landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Zenith Global in its digital transformation journey by contributing to the evolution and innovation of the company's application landscape.
- Analyze business needs and internal stakeholders’ requirements, translating them into technical specifications and identifying effective, scalable software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications supporting business processes.
- Develop new features and enhance existing applications by optimizing performance, usability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of web applications, backend services, and integrations through REST APIs.
- Contribute to technical analysis activities, application architecture definition, and the selection of technology solutions aligned with the company’s IT strategy.
- Ensure the reliability and proper functioning of developed solutions through testing, debugging, and evolutionary maintenance activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical/scientific disciplines.
- 3–5 years of experience in a Software Developer role.
- Excellent knowledge of Java programming language and good knowledge of Python.
- Experience in web application development and solid understanding of the main software development paradigms.
- Knowledge of backend frameworks, preferably Spring Boot.
- Experience in designing and developing REST APIs and application services.
- Good knowledge of SQL and the main relational database management systems (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server).
- Familiarity with source code version control tools (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on code quality.
- Strong interest in technological innovation and a proactive approach to identifying efficient and sustainable solutions.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics tools (e.g., QlikView, Qlik Sense, Microsoft Power BI).
- Experience in developing cloud-based applications or working in distributed environments.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
