Junior Technician – Ticketing and Access Control Systems Support

Axess Italia S.r.l., the Italian subsidiary of the international Axess AG Group, a global leader in ticketing and access control solutions for ski resorts, lift systems, tourist attractions, exhibition centers, stadiums, and parking facilities, is seeking a new team member to join its technical department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers in Italy using Axess systems
- Install, configure, and maintain ticketing and access control systems
- Deliver remote and on-site support at ski resorts and tourist facilities
- Test and verify software, RFID and BLE devices, point-of-sale systems, and automatic turnstiles
- Support the commissioning and startup of new installations and projects
- Collaborate with Axess international technical and development teams
Required Profile
- Diploma in Information Technology, Electronics, or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering
- Passion for IT and emerging technologies
- Basic knowledge of computer networks,
Windows operating systems, and databases
- Willingness to travel within Italy
- Good command of the English language
- Knowledge of German is considered an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Interest in tourism, mountain environments, and innovative technologies
