Key Responsibilities and Tasks:





- Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements
- Analyzing new change requests design solutions and guide developers in implementation
- Supporting the development teams and supervising the design testing and modification stages
- Work as a part of the L3 support team
- Design specification develop solutions according to functional and technical design specifications given in change requests
- Bug fixing enhancements of work packages and services
- Build and maintain IT solutions using technologies such as Java
- Participate in RCA of incidents and effort estimation
- Incident Handling Problem Resolution
- Change Management
- Application Maintenance Enhancement
- Monitoring Infrastructure Support
- Documentation Knowledge Transfer
- Client Team xlwpduy Collaboration

Nice to have skills:

- Knowledge on Banking domain
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence
- CCVB knowledge
- Block chain
