pstrongOcean Export Operations Supervisor /strong - strongUS Relocation Opportunity /strong /ppAn international company operating in the freight forwarding and international logistics industry is looking for an experienced Ocean Export Operations Supervisor to join its team in the United States. /ppThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced freight forwarding professional who is looking to take the next step in their career and is interested and available to relocate to the United States. /ppThe ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in ocean export operations, preferably within a freight forwarding company or NVOCC, and will have progressed from a hands-on operational role into a position involving team coordination and supervision. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliCoordinate and supervise day-to-day ocean export operations. /liliEnsure shipments are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time, in line with company procedures and customer requirements. /liliOversee the preparation and management of export documentation. /liliIdentify and resolve operational issues throughout the shipping process. /liliMonitor activities to ensure a consistently high level of customer service. /liliLead, support, and develop the operations team. /liliWork closely with customers, vendors, ocean carriers, agents, and internal teams. /liliProvide hands-on support in complex or critical situations and step in directly when needed. /liliIdentify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve processes and service quality.
