Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Finance Manager in Shared Service Accounting to oversee ledgers for Italy, Spain and Portugal, and lead the local accounting team in Buccinasco (Milan). The role focuses on tax, Italian GAAP compliance, and US GAAP reconciliation.

You will partner with business leaders, ensure SOX controls, manage close processes, and deliver meaningful reports and analysis. Fluency in English is required; German language is a plus.
