Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars. /ppThe Candidates support the Operation Manager by managing the operational activities inside BU and transversal through different Area/Depots particularly in the following responsabilities: /pullibDrive Operational Excellence Digital Transformationbr/ /bLead operational improvement initiatives across depots and business units, promoting digitalization, smart tools adoption, process standardization, and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen/APSYS). /lilibMonitor Performance through KPI Management /bbr/Define, track, and enhance operational, financial, and managerial KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision making, fleet performance optimization, and achievement of availability, reliability, safety, and quality targets. /lilibStandardize Processes, Systems Tools /bbr/Ensure effective use of ERP and maintenance management systems, harmonize operational processes, standardize tools and reporting practices, and support data quality and governance across sites. /lilibManage Stakeholder, Supplier Customer Relationships /bbr/Act as a key interface with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal functions, leading operational reviews, coordinating improvement plans, and supporting technical and commercial discussions. /lilibSupport Business Development Cost Optimization /bbr/Participate in bid and tender activities, assessing operational requirements, contractual obligations, resource capacity,
and cost efficiency to support profitable business growth. /lilibLead Cross-Functional Coordination Governance /bbr/Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, facilitate operational meetings, drive problem-solving and corrective actions, ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, and support people development across the organization. /lilibLanguages: /b Fluent professional English is required /lilibExperiences required: /b /liliTechnical experience in raliway businees and expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering (+5 years) /liliExperience of maintenance or production management in the railway industry or similar (+5 years) /liliProject Management and Industrial management /liliTechnical knowledge of the trains /liliIT skills – New Digital tool for Data analysis / managament (PowerBI, PowerApp, Advance Excel, .. /lilibSoft Skills: /b /liliAbility to communicate effectively and influence at all levels in the organization /liliGood understanding of production planning, time scheduling, construction planning, logistics planning /liliResult orientation and ability to solve problems /liliCommunication, Negotiation and Relationship with Customer, Suppliers andInternal Stakeholders /liliContinuous Improvement approach, oriented to customersatisfaction /li /ulpTotal Gross Annual Salary Range: 43.400 euro - 57.800 euro /ppYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
