We expect the successful candidate to have:
- Drive the growth of the company’s international energy storage business by identifying, developing, and converting new market opportunities into sustainable revenue streams.
- Lead commercial activities throughout the sales cycle, including customer engagement, tender participation, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions,
while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate the preparation of competitive and commercially viable quotations, working closely with engineering, finance, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Manage quotation, sample, and order processes, ensuring timely follow-up and effective pipeline management to achieve annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, partners, and stakeholders through regular communication, business meetings, site visits, and professional customer support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, International Trade, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or commercial roles within the energy storage, renewable energy, electric vehicle, battery.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiations, tender management, and customer relationship management.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, a proactive mindset, and a results-oriented approach to achieving business objectives.
- Willingness and ability to undertake frequent international travel.
- Previous overseas work experience and/or experience in energy storage systems, electric mobility, battery technologies, or industrial equipment sales would be advantageous.
- Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are considered a plus. xlwpduy
- Overseas work experience or vehicle parts or energy storage sales experience is preferred.
