Role Description The Showroom Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Milan. The individual in this role will welcome and assist clients in the showroom, ensuring a high standard of customer service and a premium brand experience. Day-to-day tasks include presenting products, answering questions, providing product information, and supporting sales activities. The Showroom Assistant will help maintain showroom displays, manage inventory on the floor, and coordinate with the sales team on client appointments and follow-ups.
This position also involves handling basic administrative tasks related to showroom operations and contributing to a polished, organized environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on providing a high-end client experience
- fluent english is a must
- experience in luxury furniture showroom is a must
- Effective Communication abilities for engaging with clients and collaborating with team members
- Experience working in Showrooms or similar luxury retail environments
- Sales and Retail Sales skills to support product presentations and close client purchases
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics in product display and showroom organization
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a fast-paced client-facing environment
- Proficiency in Italian and good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
- Previous experience in luxury goods, design, or high-end retail is preferred
