The selected candidate will join teams dedicated to the development of large-scale embedded systems, with a particular focus on Automotive HMI. The role will involve monitoring projects and development processes, contributing to project planning, team organization, and continuous process improvement. Thanks to their technical expertise, the candidate will also participate in architecture and application code reviews, contributing to the quality and effectiveness of the solutions developed. /ph3Main Responsibilities: /h3ulliManage the creation of Features, Epics, and Enablers according to the AGILE methodology /liliMonitor the workflow of one or more development teams working in the Automotive HMI domain /liliAnalyze and monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement /liliShare project status and results with management /liliContribute to project planning and team organization /liliCollaborate with other departments to improve development processes and ensure compliance with quality standards /liliManage critical issues and implement corrective and preventive actions /liliParticipate in architecture and source code reviews in C, C++, Java, and Kotlin /li /ulh3Required Technical Skills: /h3ulliKnowledge of embedded software development, preferably in the Automotive sector /liliKnowledge of C, C++, Java,
