ppWe are looking for a UX Designer with a strong user-centered mindset and the ability to translate business needs and user insights into simple, intuitive, and valuable digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, UI Designers, Developers, and business stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions for web and/or mobile applications. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct user research (interviews, surveys, behavior analysis, benchmarking). /li liDefine personas, user journeys, use cases, flows, and information architecture. /li liCreate wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and run usability testing sessions. /li liCollaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and UI Designers to ensure solutions are user-centered, aligned with business goals, and technically feasible. /li liApply and contribute to the Design System and style guides to ensure consistency across products and platforms. /li liAnalyze qualitative and quantitative data to iteratively improve the user experience. /li liAdvocate for usability and accessibility across teams. /li liPresent and defend design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. /li liContribute to UX processes and help spread a user-centered culture within the organization.
/li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul li2+ years of UX Design experience for digital products (more for senior roles). /li liStrong portfolio showcasing UX and visual design skills. /li liStrong experience with Figma. /li liProficiency with tools such as Miro, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. /li liSolid understanding of UX methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean UX, Agile UX). /li liExcellent understanding of usability and accessibility principles (WCAG). /li liAbility to create interactive prototypes and perform usability tests. /li liFamiliarity with analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, GA4, Mixpanel) and product metrics. /li liUnderstanding of HTML/CSS or front-end concepts for effective collaboration with developers. /li liExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment. /li liStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback effectively. /li /ul h3Nice-to-Have /h3 ul liExperience contributing to or maintaining a Design System. /li liBackground or experience in UI Design. /li liPortfolio including detailed UX case studies (not just visual mockups). /li liExperience with user testing platforms (Maze, Lookback, UserTesting.com). /li liKnowledge of inclusive design principles. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
