The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations and inquiries, and maintaining an efficient communication flow.
The role also involves ensuring a high level of customer service and acting as a point of contact for guest needs and concerns, resolving them in a professional and timely manner.QualificationsStrong skills in Front Office management and performing Receptionist DutiesExcellent Customer Service abilities and a guest-first approachProficiency in Communication and Phone EtiquetteAbility to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environmentFluency in Italian and English; additional language skills are an advantage Prior experience in the hospitality industry (at least 2 years of experience)Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearanceOpera PMS knowledge in an advantage
