We support international brands from hardware development and engineering through manufacturing, finishing, assembly, and scalable production.About the RoleWe are looking for a Sourcing Manager based in Italy with a strong understanding of leather goods, accessories, components, and supplier collaboration. The role connects Italy's product-development and sourcing ecosystem with YIBI's manufacturing capabilities.ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with sourcing, product-development, and supplier-management teams.Identify relevant leather goods and accessories development opportunities.Provide insights into supplier requirements, product specifications, cost, quality,
and lead-time expectations.Support discussions between Italian product teams and YIBI's engineering and manufacturing teams.Monitor developments within the Italian leather goods and accessories supply chain.QualificationsExperience in sourcing, leather goods, accessories, product development, or supplier management.Familiarity with hardware, metal components, and manufacturing processes is preferred.Strong commercial and product understanding.Existing industry relationships within Italy are an advantage.Remote, contract-based and project-oriented.Required SkillsStrong understanding of leather goods and accessories.Supplier collaboration experience.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with hardware and metal components.Existing industry relationships within Italy.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
