The role is accountable for achieving ROI and EBIT targets, managing key landlord and developer relationships, assessing potential and existing sites, and leading high-value lease negotiations and portfolio optimisation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the leasing strategy across Southern Europe and expansion markets, aligned with Lovisa’s commercial objectives and long-term growth plans.
- Lead regional store expansion, identifying and securing high-quality new store opportunities that deliver sustainable growth and strong commercial returns.
- Drive portfolio performance by achieving ROI and EBIT targets,
optimising occupancy costs, and maximising lease value.
- Lead negotiations for new sites, lease renewals, relocations, restructures, rent reductions, disposals and other portfolio optimisation initiatives.
- Lead complex lease negotiations, securing commercially advantageous terms and managing all legal processes through to completion.
- Deliver best-in-class commercial outcomes across lease terms, including rent, incentives, tenant contributions and rent-free periods.
- Review and challenge financial pro-formas, sales forecasts, investment appraisals and business cases to support robust property decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, shopping centre owners, JV partners and external property advisers across the region.
