How You’ll Make An Impact
- Analyse market trends and segment opportunities to guide business decisions. You research and identify new business opportunities that fit our company strategy.
- Define yearly strategies in partnership with the regional sales organization.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals, including cost calculations, and tender documentation.
- Manage relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Support customer meetings, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
- Leverage CRM data and market insights to identify opportunities, support strategic decisions, and drive business growth.
What You Bring
- You’re a recent graduate in a technical field (such as a technical diploma or industrial/management engineering) with a passion to grow and learn in an industrial environment. Previous experience as an internship or 1–2 years in Sales, Business Development or customer services role is a plus.
- Strong willingness to learn, with an open mindset and a proactive attitude toward continuous development.
- Strong interest in combining technical knowledge with customer interaction and commercial activities.
- Excellent active listening skills, combined with a positive, can‑do approach in daily tasks.
