Leica Microsystems in Italy is seeking a Finance Manager, Shared Service Accounting, to oversee accounting for Italy, Spain and Portugal and lead the local accounting team. This on-site role in Buccinasco, Milan, focuses on ensuring compliance with Italian GAAP and tax requirements while aligning with US GAAP where applicable.

You will drive process improvements, support business leaders with meaningful financial reports, and maintain SOX controls, while delivering accurate local GAAP statements
