Part of the Interparfums group founded in 1982, Interparfums USA develops, manufactures and distributes prestige perfumes and cosmetics as the exclusive worldwide licensee for Abercrombie & Fitch, Anna Sui, DKNY, Donna Karan, Graff, GUESS, Hollister, MCM, Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo and Ungaro. Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.We are seeking an Operations Intern, supporting key activities across the Operations department, including planning, procurement, packaging and logistics, with a strong focus on data analysis, performance monitoring and reporting. This role offers exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes and continuous improvement initiatives. This intern will report to the Director of Operations, based in Florence.Responsibilities:Support data collection, validation and analysisMonitor supplier performance, including delivery delays and service levelsFollow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders on open ordersPrepare monthly reporting dashboards (delays, service level, KPIsAnalyze operational KPIs (OOS, lead times, stock levels,
forecast accuracy)Support continuous improvement initiatives with data insightsPrepare presentations and summaries for managementCollaborate with cross-functional teamsManage ERP Master Data and main transactionsWho You Are:Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related fieldsUniversity graduate (or near completion) in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain or similarStrong analytical mindset and interest in data analysisPrecise, detail-oriented and structuredProactive with problem-solving attitudeStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsAdvanced Excel knowledge (Power BI is a plus)Fluent in Italian and EnglishWhat You Will LearnEnd-to-end understanding of Operations and Supply Chain processesExposure to planning, procurement and logistics activitiesHands-on experience in KPI monitoring and reportingDevelopment of analytical and business decision skillsCollaboration with internal and external stakeholders in an international environmentInterparfums USA, LLC promotes equal opportunities and is committed to ensuring an inclusive work environment in compliance with Italian (Legislative Decree 198/2006 and Legislative Decree 215/2003) and European regulations.
