We are collaborative, creative, and experienced professionals and we’re looking to augment our team with other individuals who embody our values: care, be real, get it done, and have fun, seriously. /p h3POSITION SUMMARY /h3 pAs Marketing Manager Livmarli Liver Portfolio, Italy you will report directly to the VP, General Manager Italy South Europe and be responsible for developing strategy and tactics that will lead to a successful positioning and usage of Mirum current and future liver portfolio. You will be responsible for development and execution of core branded assets including the marketing campaigns for HCPs and Patients, Core Sales Aid, branded and unbranded websites and digital marketing tactics. Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Medical Affairs and Access teams will be a critical responsibility in ensuring well-coordinated execution of the launch plan. Externally this leader will support our efforts to further develop Mirum’s position as a leader in rare disease by building strong relationships with the patient community and advocacy organizations, and Key Opinion Leaders. /p h3JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDrive execution of marketing strategies, tactics, and activities for Mirum Liver Portfolio /li liSupport brand planning, including situation analysis, competitive landscape, strategic priorities, and tactical launch plan. /li liSupport brand positioning and message platform development as part of core launch-planning activities.



/li liWork collaboratively with analytics team to gather key market insights from HCPs and patients. /li liWork with field facing teams including medical and sales to ensure critical customer insights are consistently and iteratively incorporated into marketing initiatives. /li liManage relationships with creative agencies; Manage expenditures within budget guidelines. /li liOther duties may be assigned to meet business needs. /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS /h3 h3Education /Experience: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in related field, MBA preferred. /li liMinimum 5 years Marketing Management experience in rare / liver diseases /li /ul h3Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of health care and/or pharmaceutical industry in Italy /li liProduct launch experience in rare diseases. Significant Liver disease experience is an important plus /li liSolid knowledge of marketing areas including product positioning, marketing plan development and execution, strategic communications, product launch, public and private payer reimbursement environment. /li liSuccessful track record of strategic and tactical marketing demonstrated by multiple balanced references. /li liSelf-starter that can work independently and collaboratively, prioritize tasks and has initiative and excitement to take on unfamiliar tasks. /li liStrong organizational and communication skills, (both written and oral).



/li liStrong interpersonal skills and customer focus. /li liStrong financial business acumen and analytical skills. /li liFosters productive, collaborative cross functional relationships. /li liFlexibility to adapt to an invigorating but often changing start-up environment. /li liFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken). Spanish language will be a plus /li liTravel, domestic only, for around 50% of time, depending on business needs. /li /ul pThe base salary range for this position is EUR 70,000 to EUR 90,000. Starting compensation within this range will be determined based on objective, job-related factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic work location. Compensation is provided in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees of companies in the Pharmaceutical chemicals sector (the "NCBA"), as applicable.
