Within the Construction Function, these disciplines work in close collaboration to ensure that engineering, procurement and construction activities are effectively planned, coordinated and executed. Through exposure to both areas, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of project execution, construction planning and field operations, while building a multidisciplinary skillset within an international EPC environment. /p h3Key Activities Responsibilities /h3 h3Construction Engineering /h3 ul liSupport the planning, coordination and monitoring of construction activities throughout the project lifecycle; /li liContribute to the development and review of construction execution strategies, construction methodologies and work sequences; /li liInterface with Engineering, Procurement and Site teams to ensure construction requirements are properly addressed; /li liMonitor construction progress, identify potential constraints and support the implementation of corrective actions;Collaborate with construction sites and project teams to improve execution efficiency and productivity; /li liSupport the analysis of construction performance indicators and project execution data. /li /ul h3Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) /h3 ul liSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of Advanced Work Packaging methodologies across projects; /li liContribute to the development,
management and monitoring of Engineering Work Packages (EWPs), Construction Work Packages (CWPs) and Installation Work Packages (IWPs); /li liCollaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Project Control and Construction teams to ensure work package readiness; /li liMonitor construction constraints and workflow dependencies, supporting the timely resolution of bottlenecks; /li liContribute to reporting activities and performance analysis related to AWP implementation; /li liPromote construction-driven planning principles to improve project predictability, productivity and execution efficiency. /li /ul h3Requirements Skills /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil/Structural Engineering; /li li3-5 years of previous experience in Project Engineering, Construction Engineering or Planning Engineering roles on international projects; /li liProficiency with English language, both written and spoken; /li liStrong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and international teams; /li liGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with professionals from different technical backgrounds; /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools;Availability for temporary assignments abroad, according to project requirements. /li /ul pThe following will be considered a plus: /p ul liKnowledge of multidisciplinary EPC projects and understanding of Oil Gas construction processes and execution sequences; /li liSite experience and/or international assignments; /li liKnowledge of 3D modelling software and digital construction tools;Additional foreign language(s). /li /ul h3Contract Type and Classification /h3 ul liContract type: Permanent /li liApplicable collective agreement (NCLC):
