We pride ourselves on fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment where interns are valued members of the team and are given meaningful projects to work on. /p h3Primary Job Summary: /h3 pThe RD Engineer leads the development and design of standard and special chillers with a focus on sustainability, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. /p h3Duties and Responsibilities: /h3 pThe RD Engineer configures and manages chiller models with performance checks in coordination with the testing department. /p pThe role involves: /p ul lidirect responsibility for selecting appropriate components, such as compressors, heat exchangers and fans, to meet design specifications and performance requirements. /li listaying up to date with industry trends, technologies and regulations to ensure that designs are cutting-edge and compliant. /li liworking closely with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that exceed their expectations. /li /ul h3Communication Coordination /h3 pThe RD Engineer communicates regularly with other departments regarding technical clarifications, design modifications, and feedback from production. /p pThis role provides technical support to the sales and testing departments,



proactively reports recurring issues and contributes to identifying engineering improvements and design optimizations. /p h3Skills and Qualifications: /h3 ul liThermodynamics: Mastery of the fundamental laws of thermodynamics, particularly with regard to reverse cycles (refrigeration cycle). /li liPlant engineering: analysis and reading of hydraulic and refrigeration circuit diagrams; the ability to read electrical diagrams, even if not in depth, is a plus. /li liReading and interpreting technical specifications: Ability to analyze and interpret technical documents, specifications and functional specifications. /li liWork management: A methodical, precise and organized approach to carrying out activities is required. /li liProblem solving: Ability to identify and solve technical problems effectively and proactively. /li liIndustry regulations: Knowledge of national and European regulations in the sector (Machinery Directive, EN EU , EN3781,2,3,4), preferably also ASMEVIII and UL for foreign markets. /li liTeamwork: Willingness to collaborate with other departments to ensure project consistency. /li liExperience: Preferably experience in the design and engineering of HVAC systems /li /ul h3Education Requirements: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering /li /ul h3Benefits: /h3 ul liCompetitive Salary /li liProfessional development opportunities /li liState-of-the-art equipment and tools to support your work /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Employer: /h3 pMunters are equal opportunity employers and are committed to diversity in the workplace.
