Environment, Health & Safety Manager (RSPP) – Multi-SiteOn behalf of a leading multinational industrial group, we are looking for an Area Environment, Health & Safety Manager (RSPP) who will lead the Environment, Health & Safety strategy and programs across an international manufacturing footprint.Reporting directly to the Regional Manufacturing Director and functionally to the Global Executive HSE, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving the organization's safety culture, enhancing EHS performance, and ensuring full regulatory compliance across manufacturing sites in Italy and abroad.Scopra se questa occasione è adatta a lei leggendo tutte le informazioni riportate di seguito.The position will work closely with both local and international leadership teams.This is a highly visible leadership opportunity, ideal for professionals who want to make a tangible impact on the strategic direction of a global manufacturing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Define,



implement and continuously develop the Environment, Health & Safety strategy across the assigned manufacturing sites.
Ensure full compliance with applicable national and European regulations relating to health, safety, environmental protection and risk management.
Serve as the appointed RSPP (Health & Safety Prevention and Protection Service Manager) in accordance with Italian legislation.
Support Plant Managers and site leadership teams in identifying operational risks and developing effective improvement plans.
Coordinate internal audits, compliance assessments and regulatory inspections.
Manage non-compliance issues by defining, implementing and monitoring corrective action plans.
Promote a proactive safety culture through training, awareness initiatives and capability development.
Ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of certified management systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
