ph3The opportunity /h3 pWe are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer who will focus on executing Service work according to agreed work flows and in accordance with Hitachi Energy standard processes and safety guidelines. /p h3The opportunity /h3 pWe are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer who will focus on executing Service work according to agreed work flows and in accordance with Hitachi Energy standard processes and safety guidelines. /p h3How You'll Make An Impact /h3 ul liPerform Service tasks, identify technical problems and make analysis through remote or on-site activity in any Service categories (installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, engineering and consulting, advanced services, extensions, upgrades and retrofits, end of life services, replacements, etc.); /li liContribute to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation; /li liCreate and maintain a good relationship with customers and understands their needs; /li liCoordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials,



parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities; /li liPrepare all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative; /li liTroubleshoot equipment failure and make recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future; /li liApply safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities, report unsafe practices and incidents. /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liElectrotechnical diploma; /li liPrevious working onsite experience with HV equipment; /li liGood knowledge of Italian and English; /li liAbility to work in team and meet deadlines /li liWillingness to travel in Italy (80%) /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 pWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
