About the role
Brand Design Manager
We’re building a brand-new product from scratch, and we need someone to design what it actually is — not the buttons, the product. This is a conceptual role: you invent the functions, the moments, the way the whole thing works and feels, from a blank page. You’re not polishing UI. You’re deciding what the product does and why it matters in someone’s life. Move fast, ship working concepts, learn, and go again. We care less about a perfect pixel and more about ideas nobody else would have had.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design the product itself, not just the interface — the functions, the experience, the way it works, invented from a blank page.
- Turn our AI and technical capabilities into functions that actually change someone’s day — their outlook, perspective, productivity, or the experiences they have.
- Bring the ideas. Unique concepts, new mechanics, things that don’t exist yet. This role lives or dies on originality.
- Ship working concepts fast. A rough thing people can feel beats a beautiful deck describing it. Prototype, test, learn, repeat.
- Hold the “one of a kind” bar — reject the obvious, the derivative, the good-enough, and push for the version only this product could be.
- Work directly with product, engineering, and the founders to take a concept from idea to something real in the product.
What We’re Looking For
- A concept-first designer. You design what a product does and how it feels, not just how it looks. You’ve invented product experiences, not just executed someone else’s spec.
