The ideal candidate is an outside-the-box thinker, able to respond creatively and flexibly to individual children’s strengths, needs and ways of learning. /ppSchedule: The teacher is expected to be onsite for in-person instruction as agreed upon with Principal and Leadership Team. /ppbRole Responsibilities include but are not limited to: /b /pulliProvide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs,



in close collaboration with classroom teachers. /liliPromote students’ inclusion, independence, wellbeing and active participation in all aspects of school life. /liliContribute to the development and implementation of PEIs and personalised learning strategies. /liliObserve and document students’ learning and progress, adapting strategies accordingly. /liliCollaborate closely with teachers, families, specialists and the school leadership team. /liliParticipate actively in collaborative planning, team meetings and the professional life of the school. /liliPerform additional duties as assignedulliExperience supporting children with diverse learning needs, preferably at Primary School level. /liliFamiliarity with the IB philosophy and inquiry-based learning. /liliFamiliarity with, or a strong interest in, the Reggio Emilia Approach. /liliAn outside-the-box thinker with a creative, flexible and solution-oriented mindset. /liliStrong relational, communication and collaborative skills. /liliCommitment to inclusive, student-centred education. /liliExcellent knowledge of English; experience in an international or bilingual environment is highly valued. /liliStrong communication and collaboration skills. /liliCommitment to inclusive, child-centered education. /liliAbility to work effectively within an international and collaborative environment. /li /ul /li /ulpCandidates must be authorized to work in Italy.
