(3-5 years) /li liStrong knowledge in SAP S4/H specifically in the sub-modules related to the Manufacturing Controlling (SAP module CO/FI/PP/MM) /li liMicrosoft Office Suite mandatory /li liFluent in Italian and English. French would be a plus /li liStrong relational skills: looking for someone able to adjust the communication style according to the counterpart,



a team player who can collaborate with cross-functional multi-cultural teams /li liAbility to present and challenge business partners /li liPrevious experience in project management will be appreciated. /li liAutonomous and able to prioritize /li liProblem solving oriented and working by objective mindset. /li liIntegrity, positive and can-do attitude /li liAbility to work under pressure /li liFlexible and adaptable to a high-change environment /li /ul pbBase Salary: /b45K - 55K /p pbWhat do we expect from you? /b /p ul liMonitor and track the 2 site performances through the main manufacturing KPIs. /li liLead manufacturing controlling projects related to the Valenza production area (2 sites of production) and play an important role on digitalization process in industrial controlling /li liAct as business partner: collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate and industrial budgets and forecasts. /li liDevelop budgets, estimate and rolling forecasts, in compliance with the financial frameworks, managing the reporting in Richemont consolidation system (Anaplan) /li liSupport the Senior Manuf controller on SAP product costing project providing detailed cost analysis on jewelry and silver production creating a common guideline. /li liFollow production costs, margin analysis, products cost analysis, stock/inventory activities. Share and explain the monthly results to the manufacturing organization /li liDevelop a close and proactive collaboration with all the industrial departments /li liCreate and put in place the appropriate internal controls system to effectively support the activity /li /ul pbThe recruitment process: /b /p ul liIf your profile matches our search, you will be contacted by our HR team for a first exploratory interview.
