ph3Overview /h3 pFor our Worldwide Information Technology Transformation Function, we are looking for an bIT Application Specialist /b to join the IT Digital Experience Applications team, based at our HQ in Milan. /p h3Your Impact /h3 pWithin the IT Client Facing Applications function, the resource will focus on the management, evolution and continuous improvement of our digital and e-commerce applications, combining technical expertise, functional understanding and strong stakeholder and vendor management skills. /p pIn particular, the IT Application Specialist will be responsible for: /p ul liAct as the functional and technical reference for Salesforce Commerce Cloud and digital/e-commerce applications, ensuring their effective management and evolution; /li liPartner with E-commerce, Digital and Omnichannel teams to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions; /li liEnsure application stability, performance and continuous improvement, overseeing day-to-day operations and service management; /li liCoordinate development partners and project delivery across the full lifecycle, from requirements and solution definition to deployment and post-release activities; /li liManage digital and e-commerce projects, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, timelines and key milestones; /li liGovern external technology partners, monitoringdelivery, quality, timelines and adherence to agreed standards and ways of working. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Who We Are Looking For: /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a similar discipline; /li li3/5 years of experience in IT application management,
